As Senior Director of Social Innovation in VMware’s Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Office, Jessamine drives social impact strategy that progresses towards a more sustainable, equitable and secure digital future for all. Forbes and JUST Capital recognized VMware as one of America’s Most JUST Companies and VMware is recognized on the 2020 Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. Jessa holds an MBA from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business and was recognized as the Beyond Yourself Fellow. Jessa is an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow and was recognized by TechSoup Global in 2021 with their Inspirational Leadership Award.
